About this guide
About the Second Seating
The Second Seating is the collective name that signs À Table, not a person, and no page carries a personal byline. The guide covers where and when to eat at eight venues in Québec.
By the Second SeatingChecked October 7, 2026; restaurant hours October 10, 2026
Why a table
An evening at a casino often starts or ends at a table. The catch: a kitchen keeps its own hours, and the floor's hours say nothing about them. À Table shows restaurant hours only as each restaurant or venue publishes them. Where nothing is published, the page says "not published".
Those published facts are then sorted by meal. Lunch means serving at some point between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dinner means between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., and late means at some point after 10 p.m. A restaurant counts only on days when its published hours cover that time.
How the facts are checked
On October 7, 2026, À Table tested each fact against the venues' own pages, Loto-Québec pages and official sources. Restaurant hours appear only as published, never worked out from the gaming floor's hours. When two official pages disagree on a figure or a day, the guide flags the gap or simply omits the figure. Holiday hours are not given, so check the venue's own site.
The guide gives no stars and puts no restaurant above another, and no dish is described unless a venue names it. The page "How the dining facts are checked" sets out the full method.
Who pays for the site
À Table works independently as a guide; there is no gaming floor here, no wager and no player account. A single online casino partner receives all three paid links, which carry the Ad label and are confined to the home page. Those links pay À Table a commission; the partner itself is subject to change. Inner pages, this one among them, have no paid link at all. Venues, restaurants, Loto-Québec, Playground and help services never pay the site.
